All personal training sessions are customised to the individual's goals subject to what has been discussed during consultation and in line with the client's plan. Please be advised the prices shown below are based on being located at the gym for the sessions, any sessions are required to be located outside of the gym will incur further pricing.
Tight for time? Don't worry, we accommodate for all lifestyles and convenience, even those who are the busiest. A 30 minute session is still better than a session that didn't exist, with consistency, we will achieve!
1:1 structured session in line with your consulted plan.
1:1 structured session in line with your consulted plan in the comfort of your chosen environment whether this is at your home or somewhere closer and more convenient for yourself.
We understand that 1:1's are not for everybody and therefore offer to accommodate for all circumstances and now integrate group training sessions which allows for yourself and a friend(s) to train. (2+ people)
Discounts are available for bulk blockings on personal training. Please be advised the prices shown below are based on being located at the gym for the sessions, any packages where sessions are required to be located outside of the gym will incur further pricing. All monthly packages are contracted for a 3 month minimum period.
